Hi its Craig with inquire within behavioral health. As you know I encourage healing from within. Remember an
“Internal locus of control builds resilience; and an external locus of control feeds resentment.”
When we believe everything is controlled by others—by fate, by
systems, by people—we can easily slip into resentment:
“They did this. They owe me. I can’t do anything.”
That mindset may feel protective in the short term, but it drains our hope.
The Internal locus of control, by contrast, builds resilience.
It says, “Even if I’ve been hurt, even if things are unfair, I still have choices about how I heal, how I respond, and what I build next.”
That’s the energy behind Inquire Within.
We’re not ignoring injustice or struggle—we’re refusing to let them have the final say over who we become.
